Humane Lobby Day in Harrisburg

Join us in Harrisburg for the 2026 Humane Lobby Day sponsored by Humane World for Animals. Constituents from across the state are coming to the Capitol to advocate for continued animal protection legislation, including the Beagle Bill, Wildlife Trafficking Prevention Bill, Humane Pet Stores more commonly known as Victoria’s Law, Banning Live Pigeon Shoots, Prohibiting Cat Declawing and more. During Humane Lobby Day, constituents will be meeting with their Representatives’ offices at 11:00 AM and their Senators’ offices at 12:00 PM.

Parking: We suggest that attendees review the PA Capitol map to identify parking options near AxAdvocacy or the Capitol Building, as we will be walking to the Capitol for legislative meetings from Ax, which are walking distance to each other.
