Wednesday, August 13 | Our Animal Rescue Team deployed to South Carolina to rescue 18 dogs, including puppies just 2 months old, from 2 alleged dogfighting operations. The dogs were all kept outdoors, many on heavy chains. Most of them have scars consistent with dogfighting. Several of the dogs are underweight, suffering from hair loss and skin infections, and infested with fleas.
We never know where disasters will strike or when animals may be in need of urgent rescue, but we know we must be ready. Our preparedness, rescue, care and relief efforts are just one part of our critical work for all animals. Along with helping animals in emergency situations, your generous gift makes a difference in the lives of other animals, including those enduring the cruelties of factory farming, laboratory testing, trophy hunting, puppy mills and so much more.
You can help save animals in need and stop all forms of animal cruelty. Please give today.
